Can I return something I bought?

Yes, if you’re not totally satisfied with your coffee or your
order, please send us an email at info@markandsoncoffee.com
or just call us at (819) 857-4313 within 30 days of your purchase.

Can I track my shipment?
You will receive by email a tracking number. You may
also call us and we’ll gladly answer your questions.

What methods of payment do you accept?
You can buy your coffee directly on our Web site using a Visa
and/or MasterCard credit card. You can also order
your coffee by phone and use the opportunity to ask for a few
tips when buying your soon-to-become favorite coffee!

How much do you charge for shipping?
For orders $50.00 and above, shipment is free almost anywhere in
Canada. For orders below $50.00, there is an $8.95 shipping charge.
Some conditions may apply.

How long is the delivery time?
Depending on where the order is shipped, 1-2 days in Quebec,
2-7 days in Canada and 3-8 days in the US.

Is your coffee freshly roasted and when are orders shipped?
Very good questions ‒ all our coffees are roasted as orders
require. Orders received by 2PM (Estern Time)
and on business days will be shipped the same day.

How long will your products remain fresh and what product
warranty do you offer?

Our coffee will remain fresh for 9 months. Coffee-related items
come with a one-year warranty offered directly by Mark&Son.

How are products packaged?
We take great care to package our products with all the
necessary precautions and with recyclable packaging. If you
receive a damaged product, please contact us and we’ll gladly
replace your order.

Are your products taxable?
Coffee is not a taxable item, but there are taxes
on shipping and coffee accessories.
